With over 12 years at Sweetdale, Innocent has built up an incomparable and impressive network throughout South Africa. As one of the main founders of the SWEETbike project he has dedicated his passion to the youth of South Africa - trying to make a change in their everyday's life.
Ayanda MASENGEMI
PROJECT MANAGER

His passion for community development has led to this strong belief that bicycles can change the lives of South Africans. Ayanda is responsible for the organization's overall strategy and leads the interaction with stakeholders. He forms meaningful partnerships to ensure sustainable operations and future developments of the organization.
NADIA ERASMUS
HEAD OF BIKE MECHANICS

Nadia is currently finishing her studies in mechanical drafting. She also attended the Torq Zone Academy where she obtained a Cytech technical two (NQF level 3) qualification. She has an unstoppable love for bicycles which makes no challenge to big and tough for this adventurous strong woman.
FELICIA MAJEKE
HEAD OF ADMINISTRATION

With vast experience in administration and being with Sweetdale for over 5 years Felcia is the person managing all project administration for the entire SWEETbike team. Her professional approach is what makes her a central pillar for the project.
MXOLISI MTHWANE
HEAD OF LOGISTICS

With many years experience as an outdoor instructor at Sweetdale, Mxolisi has great talent for safety standards and logistics. At SWEETbike he makes sure that our bicycles will be delivered safely and on time.

Supporting the community and making a change in the every-days life of disadvantaged people, was and still is the main aim of Sweetdale. Having SWEETbike in our portfolio is a great honour to us. A bicycle can break through the vicious circle of poverty. Giving a child a chance, to get easier access to education is a fundamental first step for a better future!
